Our big event for 2012 will be the "Mods VS Rockers: Scooters, Cafe Racers, & Bobbers" event to be held on Sunday October 7th. This event will be held at "The City market" downtown, 20 E. 5th., KC, Mo. 64106. It will be from 10am till 2pm. More information will follow.

Grand Classic Events, a Kansas City, Missouri group, has been been overseeing the Vineyard Grand Classic Car and Motorcycle shows for the past several years. The Vineyard shows are held at 12300 NW Arrowhead Trafficway, K.C., Mo. 64165. The location is about 5 miles south of Smithville, Missouri on 169 north. Go north on 169 and we will be located about 1/8th. mile north of the I-435 and 169 overpass on the west side of the road. If on I-435, just turn off on the 169 north exit.

2011 Motorcycle History Class on UMKC Campus:
Attend the class "The Developmental and Social History of the Motorcycle" on the UMKC Campus this March 17, 2011 (Thursday). Meet from 7pm to 8:30pm in room 146 at the University Center (50th. & Rochhill). We will cover the development of the motorcycle from the end of the 1800's till today. Pictured below is Mark Bayer next to one of the first Triumph Thunderbirds shipped to the midwest. These are very nice bikes, they have plenty of power, handle very well, and are super reliable. Engle Motors in Kansas City is a great Triumph dealer.
